Energy-Efficient Insulation for Tanks and Silos

We insulate and clad all types and sizes of tanks and silos that house both hot and cold mediums.

Given the current cost of energy, using the right insulation package is key to saving money. If necessary, we can prepare energy loss and payback calculations for your project.

Insulation materials include injected or sheet foam for cold applications through to elastomeric foam, fibreglass, rockwool or glasswool for low to medium temperature applications and ceramic fibre for high temperature applications.

Walk on roof can be provided by using calcite blocks or foamglass blocks as the insulation material or alternatively, a layer of galvanised sheet can be installed under the final cladding (e.g. colour steel) for additional strength.

Exterior cladding may be galvanised sheet, zincalume, aluminium, coloursteel, stainless steel or coloursteel roofing sheets.

Items may be clad in our workshop, in the manufacturer’s workshop or on-site anywhere in New Zealand, Australia or the South Pacific Regions.
