Mount Insulation & Sheetmetals have many years of light fabrication experience providing a range of services including prototyping of equipment, manufacturing, modification, repair and re-manufacturing of worn or damaged plant and equipment.

We have staff and a section of our workshop dedicated to our light fabrication work so whether making a single item or small production runs we can adapt quickly to mobilise our staff to produce your requirements.

From platforms, frames, doors, cyclones, small hoppers, hoods, sieves, filters, conveyors, and tool boxes to trailer and vehicle fit-outs, our staff have a diverse range of skills and experience, enabling us to manufacture to your specifications.

Our Project Staff and production schedule ensure that procurement and project engineering are completed in line with the requirements of the project. Our production schedule is continuously monitored and updated so that we can assure our customers that their work will be completed on time and within budget.
